North location is more upscale, has 150 stores and is an outdoor mall. South location has 140 more affordable stores, and is an indoor mall.

The north outlet mall was opened in August, 2003 with 435,000 square feet (40,400 m2) of space, then it was expanded in 2008 before it got remodeled in 2011 and expanded more in 2015.
