Durango is a hotel and casino under construction in Rhodes Ranch, a community in the Las Vegas Valley. It is being built along Durango Drive, beside the Las Vegas Beltway. Station Casinos purchased the property from developer Jim Rhodes in 2000. Four years later, the company announced plans for a hotel-casino, known then as Durango Station. In 2021, Station's parent company, Red Rock Resorts, announced plans to proceed with the project once again. Construction began in early 2022, and Durango is expected to open in October 2023. 3- FountainBleau Hotel Las Vegas
The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is a hotel and casino currently under construction on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. It is on the 24.5-acre site previously occupied by the El Rancho Hotel and Casino and the Algiers Hotel 4- Majestic Hotel Las Vegas

Dream Las Vegas is an under-construction boutique hotel and casino on the southern Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is being developed by Shopoff Realty Investments and the real estate firm Contour. Dream Las Vegas was announced in February 2020, and construction was expected to begin within a year. 6- Otonomus Hotel Las Vegas
A new hotel is being developed for Las Vegas in partnership with the short-term vacation rental company Airbnb. The company AHC Capital Holdings says Otonomus Las Vegas is a new type of hotel currently under construction. Hard Rock International bought The Mirage in Las Vegas in Dec. 2021 for $1.08 billion. Hard Rock will operate The Mirage through 2023 and then shut it down in 2024 to rebrand, expand, renovate, and build a guitar-shaped hotel tower along the Las Vegas Strip. The grand opening will be in 2026.
